Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2024-25 Season

Refunds may be issued in extenuating circumstances but are not guaranteed. Requests for refunds, in full or in part, should be made to the board of directors. All board decisions are final.

2024-2025 Cub Club

There is no refund policy for Cub Club

TGHA Women's Teams

There is no cost to register for a Women's team through Crossbar.

Shooting Stars Tournament

Only for exceptional circumstances at the tournament's discretion. No refunds after September 1, 2024.
