Registration Guide

Registration for the 2026-2027 season opens on June 27th.

Uniforms must be ordered by July 27th.

Applications for the #3 Daryl Pace Scholarship Award are due by August 15th.



Registration is easy! Just follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign up with Crossbar

Create an account in Crossbar if you don't have one already, then go to Registration in the navigation menu, follow the links, and add a participant. It's easier on a computer!

Step 2: Register with USA Hockey

Enter participant information, including her USA Hockey number for the current season. Crossbar will link you directly to USA Hockey Membership Registration.

Step 3: Invite Family

Invite another parent or other guardians who would like to be associated with your player's registration. You can also indicate interest in volunteering for TGHA.

Step 4: Select Your Team

Age-appropriate team registration options will appear, including any option for dual rostering. Only those who have been selected may register for a tournament-bound team. You can choose a payment plan (with a 25% deposit) or pay for the season in full.

Step 5: Submit Documents

You will be asked to upload a birth certificate (pdf, jpeg, etc.) and complete the following fillable forms if you haven't already:

  • USA Hockey consent to treat/medical history form
  • Player and Parent Handbook acknowledgement form
  • NYSAHA Offending Party and Parent Code of Conduct acknowledgement form
  • cell phone policy acknowledgement form
  • photo release form

Step 6: Answer Questions

You'll be asked some questions about uniforms. All players at 12U and above must purchase new uniforms this season. Note that sizes for our new uniforms tend to run large. Please consult the uniform sizing guide:

New players will be asked to rank three choices for numbers. Please do not select numbers without consulting the jersey number registry!

You'll also be asked some questions about warmups and TGHA hockey bags, which are required for those on tournament-bound teams. Here's the sizing guide for warmups:

You will also be able to apply for the #3 Daryl Pace Scholarship Award. For full consideration, register and apply by August 15th.

Regardless of your answers in Step 6, orders will not be placed until add-ons are selected (see next step).

Step 7: Select Add-ons

Add any of the following you want or need to the cost of registration:

  • a complete set of home and away jerseys and socks ($48.50 per jersey + $22.00 per pair of socks = $141.00 + tax)
  • pant shell ($30.00 + tax)
  • youth or adult hoodie ($30.00 + tax)
  • adult joggers ($28.00 + tax)
  • youth joggers ($18.00 + tax)
  • TGHA hockey bag ($78.00 + tax)


Note that add-ons are not part of the payment plan.

Step 8: Check Out

Pay by electronic check (no additional fees) or by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Then you can start looking forward to the 2026-2027 season!

BEFORE OR AFTER REGISTRATION: ORDER PRACTICE JERSEYS

Every player is required to use a TGHA practice jersey. Those who already have a reversible TGHA practice jersey may continue to use it. New players and those who prefer single-ply practice jerseys can order them through our webstore at McKie's. Skaters must purchase both a navy and a gold practice jersey; goalies are only required to purchase one practice jersey in the color of their choice.

Names and numbers on practice jerseys are optional but can be added at additional cost. Do not add a number to your practice jersey until you have been assigned a number in the jersey number registry or by the registrar! Please consult the sizing guide below for practice jerseys:

2026-2027 Registration Fees

Your registration fee includes all practices and regular games, as well as SpeedSkills sessions for players at 10U and up and the entry fees for two tournaments, including our home tournament for non-tournament-bound teams. Plus, registration includes Cub Club for 12U and under!

Here are the registration fees for a full season and for dual rostering:

8U: $800/$480

10U: $1100/$660

12U/14U: $1450/$870

14U TB: $1600/$960 + $335 AGHF fee

14U/16U: $1450/$870

16U TB: $1500/$900

16U/19U: $1100/$660

Register with only a 25% deposit! Additional payments are due on September 1st, October 1st, and November 1st.
