Registration Guide

Registration for the 2025-26 season opens on June 25th.

Uniforms and practice jerseys must be ordered by August 1st.

Applications for the #3 Daryl Pace Scholarship Award are due by August 15th.



Registration is easy! Just follow these steps:

Create an account in Crossbar if you don't have one already, then go to Registration in the navigation menu, follow the links, and add a participant. It's easier on a computer!

Enter participant information, including her USA Hockey number for the current season. Crossbar will link you directly to USA Hockey Membership Registration.

Invite another parent or other guardians who would like to be associated with your player's registration. You can also indicate interest in volunteering for TGHA.

Age-appropriate team registration options will appear, including any option for dual rostering. Only those who have been selected may register for a tournament-bound team. You can choose a payment plan (with a 25% deposit) or pay for the season in full.

You will be asked to upload a birth certificate (pdf, jpeg, etc.) and complete the following fillable forms if you haven't already:

• USA Hockey consent to treat/medical history form
• Player and Parent Handbook acknowledgement form
• NYSAHA Offending Party and Parent Code of Conduct acknowledgement form
• cell phone policy acknowledgement form
• photo release form

You will also be able to apply for the #3 Daryl Pace Scholarship Award. For full consideration, register and apply by August 15th.

Regardless of your answers in Step 6, orders will not be placed until add-ons are selected (see next step).

Add any of the following you want or need to the cost of registration:

• a complete set of home and away uniforms ($194 + tax)
• a home and/or away jersey ($65 each + tax)
• home and/or away socks ($32 a pair + tax)
• a reversible practice jersey ($30 each + tax)
• a complete set of warmups ($52 + tax)
• warmup hoodie ($26 + tax)
• sweatpants ($26 + tax)
• TGHA hockey bag ($68 + tax)

Note that add-ons are not part of the payment plan.

Pay by electronic check (no additional fees) or by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover). Then you can start looking forward to the 2025-26 season!
